InfosealPS
Custom InfoSealPS products offer an impressive
range of document features. We pride ourselves on designing
products to meet your specific application needs. Features
include numerous sizes, papers, ink colors, patches, die cuts,
and value-added features such as ID cards, labels, and decals.
Custom products are available in quantities exceeding 25,000
documents per order and multi-lot combination orders also
qualify. That means you have a variety of ways to economize
while maximizing the utility of the document.
Introduction
When designing an InfoSealPS form, there are three general specifications
relating to paper to consider. They are:
Standard Weight Specifications
The standard weight for the Base Ply paper is 28# MICR/OCR.
The standard weight for the Envelope Patch paper is 20# RB.
Printer and Folder/Sealer specifications should be considered
when selecting a paper weight.
Exceptions or Alternatives
The Base Ply paper weight can be between 20# bond and 110#
index.
The Envelope Patch paper weight can vary between 20# and 24#
MICR/OCR.
Delivery Modes
InfoSealPS forms are available in three modes of delivery, with
paper sizes dependent on the delivery mode. The delivery modes
are:
- Continuous
- Cut Sheet
- Roll Feed
Standard Sizes for Continuous
Form Lengths are the same as our standard press lengths. Those
lengths are:
- 7"
- 9-1/3"
- 17"
- 7-1/3"
- 11"
- 8-1/2"
- 14"
Form Widths are standard at 9-1/2" with ½"
control punched margins.
Standard Sizes for Cut Sheet
Standard sizes for InfoSealPS Cut Sheet forms are 8-1/2"
x 11" and 8-1/2" x 14". Cut sheet forms do
not include the ½" left and right control punched
margins used with continuous forms.
Standard Sizes for Roll Feed
Roll Feed forms are available in sizes up to 40" on 3"
cores.

Document Security
Our standard 28# MICR/OCR paper has greater opacity than 24#
MICR/OCR and reduces the show-through.
