1. Effective for one year
2. Pick the stock products to be included in the agreement
3. Agreement valid only after both party's signatures
4. Shipments are FOB InfoSeal distribution center (2 Locations-VA/AZ)
5. After setting the yearly quantity, you strive to sell as indicated
6. All stock forms are net, no further discount
7. Agreement is confidential
8. InfoSeal will try to keep the specific forms in stock at all times
